The company uses SF Express as the designated transportation. Customers can also request to provide their own transportation company to pick up the package. All shipping costs must be paid by themselves and paid to the transportation company when picking up the goods. Free shipping for orders with an amount greater than or equal to HK$10,000 (only S.F. Express) !

Self-pickup at the store: Customers can choose to pick up the goods at the store after payment, and the goods must be picked up within 10 days after payment, otherwise an inventory fee may be charged.

Delivery area: Delivery service is limited to Hong Kong area at the moment. PO Box addresses are not accepted.

Shipping fee: Free shipping for orders over HK$10000.

Delivery time: The goods will be delivered within 3 working days after the order confirmation and payment.

We have a 7 days (including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) return policy, and you can apply for an exchange/refund within 7 days from the date of receipt of the item.

Damage and problems ~

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items ~

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (such as special order or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). replacement ~

All round-trip shipping costs during the return process shall be borne by the customer.
